Does the app work in multiple cities?
Yes. Multi-city routing is supported on the Automation plan. Each city has an independent route planner.
What happens if a pickup fails?
Field staff marks it as \”failed\” with a reason. Lab is notified instantly. The pickup is rescheduled for the next route automatically.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Pickups and deliveries can be completed offline; they sync when you’re back online.
